Qualifikationen

• Experience in a food production environment in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate and coach staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
