MBDA is seeking a Procurement UK Process Manager to lead governance and performance within the UK Procurement Directorate. You will drive simplification, harmonisation and automation of processes, align UK activities with group standards, and prepare audits with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Operational knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain Management in defence/aerospace.
• Experience with BPMN, Value Stream Mapping and BPM principles.
• Ability to map interdependencies across company areas.
• Familiarity with EN9100 standards in aerospace/defence.
• Experience undertaking audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure UK procurement processes align to business requirements.
• Identify and drive UK process improvements for simplification and efficiency.
• Identify processes that can be automated with digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Group Process Procurement Excellence to meet UK needs.
• Guide internal and external audits and manage improvement actions.
• Undertake UK internal procurement audits to ensure compliance.
• Develop communication plans and deliver training for change.
• Participate in process reviews and report progress to senior management.
