Job summary

MBDA UK. Bolton-based Procurement UK Process Manager role focused on aligning UK processes with Group standards and driving efficiency.

You will lead process transformation, collaborate with Digital Improvement, and influence stakeholders across the UK and Europe to deliver measurable improvements. Role requires BPSS security clearance and a proactive, analytical mindset to map complex processes, manage change, and train teams.

Qualifications

Proven track record in managing process transformation projects within large organisations.
Experience mapping processes and driving change across multi-functional teams.
Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes, ideally in defence/aerospace.

Responsibilities

Ensure UK Procurement processes align to business requirements.
Identify and drive UK process improvements, harmonisation and efficiency gains.
Collaborate with Digital Improvement and Group Procurement Excellence to support UK needs.
Prepare for internal and external audits and implement improvement actions.
Develop training and communication plans to enable change and illustrate value.
Lead process reviews and report progress to senior management.
