Job summary

MBDA in Stevenage is seeking a Procurement UK Process Manager to drive governance and performance across UK procurement processes. The role focuses on improving efficiency, mapping processes, and coordinating automated solutions with the Digital Improvement function.

You will work with UK and European stakeholders to deliver change, support audits, and manage improvement actions while benefiting from hybrid working and a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and process transformation.
• Proficiency in BPM and process mapping (e.g. BPMN, VSM).
• Knowledge of EN9100 and aerospace/defence quality requirements.
• Experience conducting internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensure UK Procurement processes align with business requirements.
• Identify and drive UK process improvements, aiming for simplification and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Digital Improvement to automate processes.
• Prepare for audits and manage improvement actions with stakeholders.
• Lead process reviews and report progress to senior management.
