Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Procurement UK Process Manager to drive governance and performance across UK procurement activities. The role focuses on aligning processes with business requirements, driving simplification and automation, and ensuring robust governance and compliance.

You will lead audits, map complex processes, train teams, and present progress to senior management, working with cross-functional stakeholders in the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and process transformation within large organisations.
• Proficiency with BPMN and process modelling techniques.
• Familiarity with audit practices and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure UK Procurement processes align to business requirements.
• Identify and drive UK process improvement for simplification and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for automation with digital solutions.
• Collaborate with Group Process and Procurement Excellence to support UK needs.
• Lead internal and external audits and manage improvement actions.
• Develop communication plans and deliver training for change adoption.
• Present project progress to senior management.
