Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services UK&I in London is seeking a UK Payroll SME to manage end-to-end UK payroll processes and relationships with clients and service providers. The role emphasizes agile collaboration with distributed teams across locations and strong knowledge of UK payroll policies.

The candidate will oversee UK Year Start/End activities, UAT/UVT events, and guide offshore colleagues while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with all service levels and standards.

• End-to-end knowledge of UK Payroll (SME)
• Full knowledge of UK Year Start/End activities and managing UAT/UVT events
• Ability to guide and mentor Offshore Team
• Analytical mindset
• Proven Process Improvement Champion
• Ability to resolve complex and challenging queries
• Sound knowledge of statutory compliances of UK payroll
• Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
• Desirable: Knowledge with O365 and iTrent

Desirable skills/knowledge/experience

• Knowledge and experience in working with O365
• iTrent experience preferable
