Job summary

Richemont in the United Kingdom seeks a skilled Payroll Specialist to own the monthly payroll cycle for 12 UK payrolls, impacting over 1500 employees. You will ensure accuracy, data integrity, and compliance across payroll, benefits, and HR systems while partnering with HR to meet organizational objectives.

You will oversee Workday changes, validate paid and unpaid elements, manage integrations to SAP HR, and lead complex payroll scenarios.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expertise in UK PAYE legislation, statutory compliance and HMRC rules.
Proven experience delivering accurate payroll processing across multiple UK payrolls.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting and modelling.
Strong data integrity and attention to detail in payroll systems and benefits.
Experience with HRIS systems, notably Workday and SAP HR.

Responsibilities

Lead and validate monthly UK payrolls for 12 payrolls and 1500+ employees.
Ensure correct processing of changes via Workday (starters, leavers, job changes) and payslip simulations.
Manage complex payroll elements including absences, maternity/paternity, variable pay and benefits.
Oversee data integration between Workday and SAP HR and maintain data integrity across systems.
Communicate payroll changes to employees and managers and coordinate with providers.
Monitor legislative changes affecting payroll and implement adjustments with HR support.
Oversee monthly reporting to benefit providers and renewals.
Contribute to ad-hoc projects within HRIS/Payroll, HR and Finance.
