Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to own the UK payroll function within the People & Culture team. This standalone role focuses on accurate, compliant payroll delivery for the UK population, with potential to support expansion into other EMEA markets over time.

The role requires hands-on processing, HMRC submissions (RTI, P45s, P60s, P11D), auto-enrolment compliance, and close collaboration with HR, Finance and external providers to ensure smooth payroll

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of payroll experience, ideally leading payroll independently or in a small team.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, HMRC RTI, P45/P60 submissions, and auto-enrolment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for SKIMS UK using UKG OneView with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle HMRC submissions including RTI, P45s, P60s and P11D reporting for benefits and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with UK payroll laws and auto-enrolment requirements.
• Manage inputs, validations, and sign-off within cut-off timelines.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for employee inquiries.
