Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership experience (Director or equivalent) within payments or regulated domains.
• Ability to own and evolve complex platforms and guide technical direction.
• Proven partnership with Product leadership to shape long-term strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy for UK Payments and align with broader platform goals.
• Provide senior oversight of UK Payments engineering teams and ensure delivery remains on track.
• Guide architectural decisions and define the technical direction for payments capabilities.
• Lead and develop engineers and engineering managers within the UK Payments domain.
