Job summary

Forsyth Barnes is recruiting a UK Partnerships & Operations Associate for a part-time, fully remote role based in the UK. The role spans business development, relationship management, onboarding and marketing support to help grow the UK commercial operations.

You will engage with distribution partners and operators, coordinate onboarding, monitor performance, resolve issues and contribute to the wider market expansion strategy in a flexible, international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, partnership development or similar client-facing role.
• Knowledge of UK propertyTech or rental markets is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support expansion of UK customer and partner network through existing channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with distribution partners and property operators.
• Coordinate onboarding of new operators and properties, ensuring smooth processes.
• Assist with inquiries, policy administration and service requests with internal teams.
• Contribute to UK-focused marketing and communications activities.
