Job summary

SHI International Corp. in the United Kingdom is seeking a Partner Program Manager to drive sales growth with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion while ensuring contractual alignment. You will manage onboarding, governance, and performance metrics across partner ecosystems.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, handle CRM data, support events and training, and report on spend, revenue and margins to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Ability to thoroughly understand and analyze contracts and statements of work.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project and Visio.
• Ability to communicate with C-suite executives and leaders.
• Understanding of IT products and solutions.
• Ability to cultivate relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to support sales growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners (M/WBE and others).
• Oversee DEI strategies aligning with contracts and objectives.
• Manage full lifecycle of program management from ideation to implementation.
• Facilitate partner onboarding and rollout of new partner programs.
• Track KPIs including diversity spend and revenue/margin contributions.
• Coordinate events, webinars, and training for partners and teams.
• Handle CRM data management and regional data analysis to inform decisions.
