Your responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Regional HR leaders.
  • Draft employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS systems accurately and securely.
  • Ensure data privacy compliance.
  • Generate monthly HR reports.
  • Manage personnel files physically and digitally.
  • Support HR programs and training sessions.
  • Assist in recruitment processes with Regional HR and Talent Acquisition.

Work location will be in Selby (UK), Madrid (Spain), Obernburg (Germany), or Diest (Belgium), with flexibility for up to 2 days remote work per week.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Level C2 proficiency in German; fluency in English; knowledge of French, Dutch, or Spanish is a plus.
  • Knowledge of German and/or Belgian labor law.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local benefit programs and employee law in Germany/Belgium.
