Your responsibilities :

  • Respond to HR inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Regional HR leaders.
  • Draft employment contracts and offer letters.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct employment verifications and ensure data privacy.
  • Generate HR reports monthly.
  • Maintain personnel files both digitally and physically.
  • Support HR programs and facilitate training sessions.
  • Assist in recruitment processes in coordination with the Talent Acquisition team.

Position based in Selby (UK), Madrid (Spain), Obernburg (Germany), or Diest (Belgium), with flexible work-from-home options up to two days per week.

Qualifications & Technical Competencies :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in German (Level C2), English required; French, Dutch, or Spanish preferred.
  • Knowledge of German and/or Belgian labor law.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local benefit programs and employee law in Germany/Belgium is advantageous.
