• Clear, confident communicator capable of addressing individuals and large groups.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple moving parts at once.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay composed under pressure during busy periods.
• A team player who works well within a fast-moving recruitment environment.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, or a similar coordination role is desirable but not essential.
• Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive processes while maintaining attention to detail.
