Overview

The position: We are looking for an Account Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients.

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday // flexible hours
• Salary: £28,800
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Location: NN14 1UA

Role of an Account Coordinator

• Candidate screening, assessing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Managing recruitment databases and MI (Management Information)
• Liaising with clients and internal teams
• Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately
• Assisting with basic payroll and worker queries
• Ensuring compliance and data accuracy
• Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements
• Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries
• Dealing with colleagues queries
• Ensuring compliance in all areas

As an Account Coordinator, you will need to have
