At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Onsite Coordinator to work with a leading retailer in Rochdale. We are looking for an experienced professional to support our peak recruitment period, managing the end-to-end candidate journey from interview through to start date. You will be a key point of contact for candidates and workers, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and well-organised onboarding process during this high-volume, fast-paced period.

Shift Patterns:

• 08:00 - 17:00 | Mon - Fri | Fixed

Pay Rates:

• 13.31 GBP hourly

Essential requirements for Onsite Coordinator:

• Minimum GCSE English and Mathematics (Grade 4/C or above), or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and confident approach.
• Good computer literacy and the ability to use workplace systems effectively.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Comfortable working towards individual KPIs and performance targets.

Desirable requirements for Onsite Coordinator:

• Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, administration, customer service, or a coordination role.
• Experience conducting interviews or supporting candidate assessment sessions.
• Experience organising or delivering group inductions.
• Previous experience within a high-volume recruitment, warehouse, logistics, or staffing environment.
• Understanding of Right to Work checks, onboarding processes, or compliance requirements.
• Experience using recruitment, workforce management, or applicant tracking systems.
• Confident and professional communicator, able to work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive, reliable and performance-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
