An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy for a leading Consumer Goods/ Lifestyle brand.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering integrated campaigns across digital channels, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer with a strong digital background who can balance strategic thinking with execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with a focus on digital performance and measurable KPIs.
- Effectively launch new products deploying relevant marketing channels, with effective storytelling backed by insights.
- Own briefing and delivery of product assets, including copywriting, photography and videography.
- Coordinate the marketing calendar and wider marketing team to ensure timely delivery of all planned activities.
- Manage and optimise content for digital channels including website, SEO & blogs, Amazon brand stores, email, social.
- Manage PR agency from briefing to execution and reporting of all projects, including influencer programs.
- Own email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and segmentation to boost customer engagement and repeat purchase.
- Track performance across channels, analyse KPIs, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.
- Manage assigned campaign budgets and deliver against agreed targets.
- Partner with sales, product, and Ecomm teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring internal and external partners represent brand in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Manage 2 direct reports (Social Media Managers).
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in digital marketing ideally within consumer goods, lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools (ideally Klaviyo), and marketing automation.
- Experience in integrated campaign planning - from strategy through to delivery and reporting.
- Excellent copywriting skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and performance.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimising.
