Qualifications

• Passion for the marine industry.
• Minimum of five years’ experience within the commercial marine market.
• Experience in marine electronics, navigation systems, radar, or related marine technologies.
• Knowledge of commercial maritime, government, defence, workboat, offshore sectors.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan for UK and Ireland commercial marine market.
• Manage and grow relationships with dealers, system integrators, government organisations and defence customers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across commercial marine sectors.
• Drive adoption of Raymarine Commercial products with distribution partners.
• Maintain an effective dealer network for product availability and service.
• Conduct regular visits to trade customers to support growth and promotion.
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations and training.
• Attend trade exhibitions and industry conferences to build market awareness.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and opportunities in the sector.
