Job summary

Safari AI is seeking a Country Head for the UK & Ireland to lead sales, client success and activations. Based in London, you will own growth end to end, reporting to the Miami-based CEO and collaborating with Go-To-Market and Engineering teams.

You will build a pipeline across attractions, live venues, sports, retail, QSR and hospitality, while ensuring ROI for clients and leading the regional team as the first Safari AI leader on the ground.

Qualifications

• Track record of owning commercial results in the UK & Ireland.
• Ability to quantify ROI for clients.
• Established network among enterprise operators in the UK & Ireland.
• AI-first mindset with using AI tools to multiply time.
• Fast learner of new technologies and their applications.
• Experience communicating ROI and Payback Periods.
• Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland and to the US.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regional P&L and growth: set GTM plan, revenue targets and budget with the CEO, and report results.
• New business: build and close a pipeline of enterprise clients across attractions, venues, sports, retail, QSR and hospitality.
• Client success: be the senior point of contact for UK & Ireland clients, lead QBRs, prove ROI and grow accounts.
• Partnerships: build relationships with camera, systems integrator, technology and channel partners in the region.
• Team building: hire, lead and develop the local team (sales, client success and deployment).
• Operations: coordinate deployments with Engineering, and work with Finance and legal on contracting, data protection and procurement.
• Market presence: represent Safari AI at industry events and conferences, and bring local insights to product strategy.
