Job summary

RISCO Group is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to drive new business development across the UK. You will engage in proactive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and work with Sales Managers to grow the regional customer base.

The role focuses on generating opportunities, creating relationships with installers, and providing information and quotes while maintaining an accurate CRM record of all activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside/outbound sales or account management is required.
• Familiarity with targeted outbound calling and lead qualification.
• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Knowledge of security products or installers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity.
• Act as first point of contact for new leads and build relationships.
• Develop a regional sales pipeline with the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate customer meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Maintain CRM records of all client interactions and follow up on feedback.
