Job summary

CLdN Cargo in Ipswich is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support the UK sales activities from our Ipswich office. You will help expand CLdN client portfolios, promote our door-to-door and shortsea logistics solutions, and provide accurate information and quotations.

The role requires strong administrative experience in transport or shipping, excellent communication, IT system proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• Proven administration experience preferably within a transport or shipping environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT systems understanding.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexible approach to work.
• High level of accuracy with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales activities in the UK.
• Support the expansion of CLdN client portfolios.
• Actively promote CLdN services and network offering.
• Provide correct information and advice to customers and prospects.
• Create, follow-up and process quotations.
• Use the CLdN quotation tools and platforms.
• Perform basic market research and simple competitor analysis.
• Register and coordinate customer complaints.
• Recognise simple problems and solve them within existing procedures.
