Contract Controls And Sourcing Delivery

The role carries out bid evaluations, supplier negotiations, and contract administration after sourcing plans are set. The role targets at least 95% adherence to negotiated supplier service contracts. Savings delivery, forecasts, supplier pricing, and supply‑chain development receive regular attention.

The manager provides monthly and quarterly reports on sourcing activity, supplier performance, and quarterly business reviews. The Procurement Lead receives deputy coverage when required. Risk reviews, audits, policy work, training initiatives, sustainability, social procurement, and strategic initiatives are part of the assigned work.

Data‑Centre Operations And Stakeholder Work

Data‑centre infrastructure, equipment, and mission‑critical operations form the technical setting for the client portfolio. Security protocols and compliance requirements guide the manager's supplier evaluation and contract work. The manager uses commercial and financial analysis to assess price, service, and risk.

Engineering and operations contribute operational requirements, while finance contributes commercial controls. Client stakeholders receive updates at meetings, events, and forums. Travel covers data centres in the client portfolio and JLL offices.
