You will drive strategy, execution and continuous improvement across in-field and warehouse operations, with collaboration across Market Development, 3PLs and internal teams.

The role combines data-driven analysis, budgeting, and project delivery to maximise efficiency, revenue and city performance. London-based with occasional travel to cities.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy or operations.
• Degree in business, economics, engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical capability with data-driven insights.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects end to end.

• Define and shape the operations strategy for in-field and warehouse operations.
• Lead data analysis to identify improvement opportunities for Fleet Management.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Manage PMO-type operations projects and cross-functional initiatives.

• Collaborate with 3PLs and internal stakeholders to drive efficiency.
