Job summary

Voi is seeking an Operations Strategy Manager (UK&I) to partner with the Head of Operations Strategy and lead strategy, execution and continuous improvement for in-field and warehouse operations in London. You will collaborate with Fleet Management, Market Development, 3PLs, and central teams while traveling ~1 day per week across cities.

The role demands 4+ years in strategy/ops, strong analytics, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting, strategy or operations
• Degree in business, economics, engineering, or equivalent
• Strong analytical capability with data analysis and insights
• Experience running cross-functional projects end-to-end
• Experience writing decision-ready analysis for senior leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders
• Experience using AI to improve output quality
• Full professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Define & shape the operations strategy, dashboards and performance metrics for in-field and warehouse operations
• Lead data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and direct Fleet Management focus
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking
• Manage PMO-type operations projects to implement cross-functional initiatives
• Contribute to city launches by coordinating cross-functional planning
• Collaborate with Fleet Managers on 3PL relationships and contracts
• Support Fleet & Site Managers to drive compliance and maximise efficiency
