Zusammenfassung

Voi is seeking an Operations Strategy Manager (UK&I) based in London to partner with Fleet Management and drive strategy, execution and continuous improvement of in-field & warehouse operations. You will shape KPIs, run dashboards, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Supply Chain, Market Development, Legal and Fleet Management, with about one day of travel weekly.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy or operations.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Experience using AI in a role-specific context, with a focus on continuously improving output quality.
• Experience running cross-functional projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
• Degree in business, economics, engineering or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.

Aufgaben

• Define & shape the operations strategy (incl. logistic partner management, workforce management, service design execution), performance metrics and dashboards for the in-field and warehouse operations.
• Lead data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and direct the focus of the Fleet Management team across markets.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Manage PMO-type operations projects to ensure successful cross-functional implementations across departments.
• Contribute to city launches by coordinating cross-functional planning and execution with local and central stakeholders.
• Collaborate with 3PLs through sourcing and contract negotiation; support Fleet & Site Managers in execution; bridge central and local teams to maximise efficiency.
