Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced UK Service Manager – HVAC to lead and grow our UK HVAC service operations, owning the P&L and driving profitability across Aberdeen and Basildon. You will align service delivery with commercial goals, manage resources, and build strong customer relationships in the Oil & Gas, Commercial Marine, and Naval/Defence sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HVAC service operations within industrial, marine, offshore, defence, or similar sectors.
• Strong commercial background with P&L ownership and a track record of growing revenue and profitability.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and remote teams.
• Success building strategic customer relationships and driving service growth.
• Strong people leadership with a focus on team development and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK HVAC Service P&L, delivering revenue, margin, and cash flow targets.
• Develop annual operating plans and forecasts aligned to business objectives.
• Drive productivity, cost control, service efficiency, and profitability.
• Maximise service contract performance and improve working capital through invoicing, collections, and inventory management.
• Lead and develop service operations across Aberdeen and Basildon.
