Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to expand HVAC service sales within the UK Facilities Management sector.

You will grow service revenue across an established FM portfolio while pursuing new partnerships to support long-term growth objectives. You will develop strategic relationships with national and regional FM providers, expand share of wallet, and position Johnson Controls as the preferred partner for HVAC service and maintenance solutions.

Qualifications

• HVAC Service Sales experience
• Facilities Management sales experience
• Strong commercial negotiation skills
• Proven ability to grow existing accounts and hit targets
• CRM, forecasting and pipeline management proficiency
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth plans for UK FM accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand service contracts and add new offerings.
• Sell maintenance contracts, PPM, reactive services, lifecycle projects and energy efficiency solutions.
• Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across FM organisations at all levels.
• Lead customer presentations, negotiations and contract awards.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records; meet revenue and margin targets.
