Homey Group is seeking a senior HR leader to manage the UK HR function, owning the full employee lifecycle and advising senior management. You will guide employee relations, policies, and performance processes while ensuring payroll and benefits compliance across the UK.

The role offers direct access to the C-Suite and the opportunity to shape culture, drive governance, and build a robust HR function across multiple brands.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as HR Manager or senior HR role in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
• Strong experience in employee relations, disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.
• Experience managing performance, probation and capability processes.
• Experience managing recruitment and onboarding.
• Good understanding of UK payroll, benefits and compensation processes.
• Experience drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of absence, attendance and workplace conduct management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and organisational skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professional judgement.
• Ability to challenge managers and employees when standards are not being met.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and sensitive employee matters confidently.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
