Job summary

Gosincro, operating under Easyship, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead the on-site HR function in Corby, UK. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure UK law compliance, and align local HR with global strategy while reporting to the Head of HR in California.

You will drive UK payroll, contracts, and onboarding, while fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring ACAS guidelines are followed. This is a hybrid role with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience in UK HR leadership.
• 3–5 years of HR Manager or Senior HR experience in the UK, ideally in hybrid/warehouse/logistics.
• Experience reporting to remote or international leadership (US) is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to be the sole local HR point of contact in UK hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK HR compliance and employee relations in line with UK law and ACAS.
• Coordinate cross-border HR activities with US HQ; provide daily updates to US leadership.
• Manage local recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding; draft UK contracts and handbook.
• Oversee UK payroll processing and statutory payment schemes; ensure data protection compliance.
