Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd is seeking a proactive HR Generalist to deliver operational HR support across locations in the UK and occasional travel to Ireland and Europe. You will partner with managers, handle employee relations, and ensure compliant HR processes across projects and sites.

The role requires regular travel to London and Midlands offices, with flexible coverage for project sites and regional hubs. A strong UK HR background and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an HR Generalist or Advisor with multi-site exposure.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Ability to advise managers and support employee relations matters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR guidance to managers and employees on policies and processes.
• Support employee relations cases including disciplinary and absence management.
• Coordinate HR processes with HR Operations and Centres of Excellence.
• Maintain GDPR compliant employee records and HR data dashboards.
• Travel regularly to project sites and offices across the UK and Ireland.
