Hoxton Wealth Group seeks an HR Manager (UK) to support day-to-day HR operations across five UK offices, coordinating with Dubai-based Central Operations. The role handles employee relations, policy alignment with UK law, and contributes to culture and M&A integration, with a focus on UK employees.

The successful candidate will manage lifecycle processes, ensure compliant records and data, and advise managers on HR matters, including ACAS-compliant processes and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in a UK HR generalist or HR manager role covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Practical experience of employee relations casework, including grievance and disciplinary processes.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law and good practice.
• Clear, accurate writing, with the ability to draft policies and letters.
• Experience supporting employees across more than one office or location.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and Excel.
• CIPD Level 5 or above, or working towards it.
• Willingness to travel between UK offices.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for UK employees and managers across five offices.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, probation, changes to terms, absence, holiday, benefits, pension admin and leavers.
• Carry out right-to-work checks and maintain compliant HR records.
• Collaborate with Central Operations in Dubai and Finance for payroll inputs.
• Produce HR reports and MI including headcount, absence and turnover.
• Manage employee relations casework with the Global Head of HR.
• Coach and advise managers on issues per ACAS Code and procedures.
• Maintain case notes, letters and documentation; support settlements and exits.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and escalate risks as needed.
• Review and draft UK HR policies to align with group standards and UK law.
• Stay updated on UK legislation including Employment Rights Act 2025 provisions.
• Maintain the UK employee handbook and communicate policy changes clearly.
• Support culture and engagement initiatives and TUPE/M&A related activities.
• Coordinate with Compliance on FCA-regulated HR requirements.
