Job summary

Eitan Medical, a fast-growing global medical device company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to join the UK Sales team covering the Southeast of the United Kingdom. You will drive growth by winning new business, expanding within Trusts, and promoting infusion solutions across the care continuum.

The role requires at least five years of healthcare sales experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to translate customer pains into opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' sales experience in a healthcare environment.
• Previous Infusion Pump experience – Desirable.
• Ability to convert customer pains into business opportunities.
• Evidence of building entrepreneurial partnerships or ideas to completion.
• Experience managing a complex stakeholder group.
• A relevant degree – Desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research accounts, including NHS and competitor accounts, to develop a strategic approach for tender success.
• Focus on core therapy areas: palliative care, acute pain, oncology and hospital at home.
• Analyse NHS market dynamics, procurement processes and EBME.
• Collaborate on pricing a solution that addresses customer pain points.
• Handle objections by clarifying and reaching positive agreements.
• Access key senior market opinion leaders to shape the infusion agenda.
• Present to and consult with mid and senior management on business trends.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels.
• Develop company differentiators and unique selling propositions.
