AXA XL in the UK seeks a visionary Head of Technology & AI for UK & Lloyd’s and Enabling Functions, reporting to the CTO with a dotted line to the CEO, UK & Lloyd’s. This executive role leads enterprise AI adoption and creates technology roadmaps aligned with business strategy.

Lead investment governance, delivery oversight, and cross-functional collaboration across underwriting, claims, pricing, finance and distribution, balancing innovation with risk and regulatory requirements.
