3. Global Integration: Act as the UK point of integration into Fujitsu’s global quantum ecosystem, including Fujitsu Research Japan, Fujitsu Research Europe, global quantum consulting, artificial intelligence teams, quantum software, digital annealing, HPC and partner-led capabilities.

4. Team Creation & Capability Building: Build and develop a multidisciplinary UK team across quantum consulting, solution architecture, algorithms, quantum-inspired optimisation, HPC, AI integration, business development and delivery. Working with our FUSION lead, establish communities of practice and capability pathways to grow quantum literacy across Fujitsu UK.

6. Client Engagement & Advisory: Work closely with UK sectors and strategic customers to identify high-value quantum use cases, assess readiness, shape roadmaps and deliver advisory engagements that move clients from awareness and experimentation towards practical adoption. Translate complex physics into business language to bridge the gap in understanding and take both our customers and Fujitsu on the journey.

7. GTM Creation - Consultancy + Product: Working with Portfolio, Partner Team, Enablement, Sales and sector teams, create UK go-to-market propositions for quantum consulting, discovery workshops, proof-of-concept development, optimisation services, simulation, financial services propositions, quantum-HPC-AI integration and industry-specific accelerators.

8. Partner & Ecosystem Development: Working with our partnership team, build relationships with universities, research institutions, Hyperscalers, quantum hardware and software partners, government bodies, standards organisations and key ecosystem players to strengthen Fujitsu’s UK market position.

9. Governance, Standards & Responsible Innovation: Working alongside our Centre of digital Enablement (CoDE), establish standards for quantum delivery, assurance, security, ethics, responsible innovation, IP management and compliance, ensuring alignment with Fujitsu global standards, UK policy direction and customer regulatory requirements.

10. Thought Leadership & Market Presence: Act as the UK quantum storyteller and market evangelist, creating compelling narratives, running internal and external events, supporting analyst and marketing activity, publishing points of view and representing Fujitsu at industry forums.
