Juicebox, a fast-growing AI SaaS company, is hiring a Growth Associate to help build its presence across the UK startup ecosystem. As one of the first non-sales hires in London, you will shape growth initiatives, forge relationships with VCs, customers and startup communities, and launch creative marketing programs that expand our reach.

This entrepreneurial generalist role blends growth, events, partnerships and brand building.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth, marketing, or related fields.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial initiative beyond core duties.
• Strong project management and execution skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Solid business judgment and problem solving.
• Genuine interest in startups, technology, and venture ecosystem.
• Based in London and comfortable working in-person

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Juicebox's presence in the UK startup ecosystem.
• Develop relationships with customers, champions, and VCs in the UK.
• Plan and host customer dinners, networking events and community gatherings.
• Identify, attend and maximize high-value conferences and startup events.
• Launch and manage growth initiatives and local marketing programs.
• Collaborate with the US team on growth opportunities and strategic projects.
• Serve as Juicebox's eyes and ears in the UK market to accelerate growth
