Job summary

BrighterBox, a London-based platform to discover culture and events, is seeking its first employee to work directly with the founder and help develop the business. The role is broad, spanning creative, commercial and practical challenges as the company grows from London to other major cities.

As Founder Associate, you will shape product development, audience growth and partnerships, using AI and digital tools to improve processes and outputs.

Qualifications

• Bright and curious early-career candidate with genuine interest in culture and technology.
• Experience or interest in publishing, media or the arts is a plus.
• Ability to turn ideas into action and to work closely with a founder while also acting independently.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and improve the platform.
• Generate ideas to grow audience and engagement.
• Support marketing, content and communications; research cultural events and trends.
• Assist expansion into other major cities and partnerships.
• Use AI and digital tools to research, create, test, automate and iterate.
• Take ownership of projects from idea to execution.
