Position Overview

Emma Lewisham is seeking an experienced Field Sales & Education Specialist to represent our brand within Liberty, Harrods and other retailers as needed.This position will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, educating customers and retail staff about our unique product offerings, and generating sales. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, sustainability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·Serve as the face of Emma Lewisham within our UK-based retailers

·Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to educate them on Emma Lewisham's product range, ingredients, and sustainability initiatives

·Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

·Participate in special events and promotional activities

·Provide personalised skincare consultations to recommend appropriate products based on customer needs

·Demonstrate product application techniques to maximise efficacy and customer satisfaction

·Develop strong relationships with in-store sales associates and store management, ensuring Emma Lewisham is always front-of-mind for in-store opportunities

·Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising of Emma Lewisham products

·Conduct training sessions for new team members at Liberty, Harrods and various other retailers, ensuring they feel confident with the Emma Lewisham brand story, values, and product range

·Conduct training sessions for existing in-store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about Emma Lewisham products with both refresher and NPD training

·Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities

·Submit weekly and monthly reports on store visits, sales performance, and market insights

·80% of time will be spent on selling, and 20% on educating in the field.

Qualifications

·Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty retail, preferably in prestige skincare

·Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a retail environment

·In-depth knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and application techniques

·Experience training retail staff on product knowledge and selling techniques

·Passion for skincare, sustainability, and circular economy principles

·Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

·Self-motivated with strong time management abilities

·Professional appearance and demeanor

·Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed

·Ability to travel to multiple retailers who stock Emma Lewisham within London, and occasionally throughout the UK as required.

Schedule
