Role Overview

As a Sales Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, interactive training sessions and mentoring apprentices through their journey in the sales profession. You’ll have the opportunity to share your real-world knowledge and support learners in gaining the skills required for success in sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training in sales as part of our Apprenticeship programmes.
• Guide and support apprentices throughout their learning journey.
• Design and update training resources aligned with current industry standards.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide meaningful feedback.
• Collaborate with the training team to continuously improve the learner experience.

Requirements

• Proven background in sales, ideally in business development or professional services.
• Solid understanding of key sales principles and practices, including lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., QTS, PTLLS, DTLLS, or equivalent).
• Experience in training delivery or mentoring, preferably within apprenticeship or vocational training settings.
• Relevant sales qualifications or certifications are desirable.
