Gravis Robotics is seeking a Field Robotics Team Lead to spearhead UK deployments of autonomous machines, coordinating from site assessment to live operations. You will be the primary technical contact for UK customers and collaborate with Zurich for global scaling.

You will stay hands-on, shaping deployment architecture, tooling improvements, and field problem-solving while mentoring a growing UK team and engaging with field operations.

Formación

• 5+ years leading technical engineering teams with hiring and mentoring
• Experience delivering complex projects on time with multi-workstream prioritization
• Strong stakeholder communication with engineers and executives
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field

Responsabilidades

• Lead UK field robotics team deploying autonomous machines across sites
• Own deployment coordination from scoping to live operations with Zurich collaboration
• Drive deployment architecture decisions and hands-on problem solving in the field
