Job summary

Vintage.com, based in Leeds, is seeking a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end UK payroll and oversee outsourced international payrolls, starting with the Netherlands. This hands-on role requires technical payroll expertise, strong controls and collaboration across Finance, People and Operations.

You will ensure accurate monthly payroll, support HMRC submissions, and drive improvements to payroll platforms and data flows across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Five years of payroll experience with strong UK knowledge and exposure to European payrolls.
• Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, HMRC reporting and compliance.
• Experience overseeing outsourced international payroll providers.
• Proficient in payroll platforms, processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end monthly UK payroll from data prep to payment and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll changes with People team for starters, leavers, salary changes and benefits.
• Process statutory payments and maintain supporting records.
• Complete HMRC submissions and year-end activities within deadlines.
• Oversee outsourced Dutch payroll and liaise between teams and provider.
