Vintage Cash Cow is seeking a Payroll Manager to own the UK payroll end-to-end and oversee outsourced international payrolls, starting with the Netherlands. Based in Leeds, you will ensure accurate, on-time payroll delivery and maintain audit-ready records across countries.

The role requires a minimum of five years’ payroll experience, strong UK payroll knowledge, and a CIPP Full Member qualification, with the ability to collaborate across Finance and People teams.

Qualificações

• At least five years of payroll experience with UK focus.
• CIPP Full Member qualification or above.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC reporting.
• Experience overseeing outsourced international payroll providers.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end UK payroll process, data validation, approvals and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll changes with People team (new starters, leavers, salary changes).
• Process statutory payments and maintain supporting records.
• Complete HMRC submissions, year-end activity and statutory reporting.
