Vintage.com, based in the UK, is seeking a Payroll Manager to own end-to-end UK payroll and oversee outsourced European payrolls. You’ll ensure accurate, on-time payments and strong controls across multiple jurisdictions as the business scales.

You’ll partner with People and Finance to implement payroll improvements, manage annual reporting, tax submissions and cross-border processes, while maintaining audit-ready records and a positive colleague payroll experience.

Formación

• Five+ years of payroll experience in the UK with exposure to European payrolls.
• CIPP Full Member qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC reporting.
• Experience overseeing outsourced international payroll providers.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end monthly UK payroll from data through to reporting.
• Coordinate payroll changes with the People team (new hires, leavers, changes).
• Process statutory payments and HMRC year-end activity with accuracy.
• Oversee outsourced Dutch payroll; liaise between internal teams and providers.
• Check inputs/outputs, challenge discrepancies, resolve issues before finalisation.
• Define clear responsibilities and controls with each international provider.
• Support payroll setup in new countries, incl. onboarding and readiness checks.
• Maintain audit-ready payroll records and timely, compliant processes.
