Vintage.com is seeking a Payroll Manager to own the end-to-end UK payroll and oversee outsourced international payrolls, starting with the Netherlands. This hands-on role requires strong technical payroll expertise, robust controls and clear stakeholder communication to ensure accurate, timely pay across the UK and Europe.

You will work with Finance, People and Operations and drive improvements in payroll processes, ensuring audit-ready records and ongoing compliance across multiple countries.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years of payroll experience including UK payroll and exposure to European payrolls.
• CIPP qualified at Full Member level or above.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation, HMRC reporting and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end UK payroll processing, data validation, approval, payment and reporting.
• Coordinate payroll changes with People team (new starters, leavers, salary changes, benefits, deductions).
• Process statutory payments and maintain supporting records.
• Oversee outsourced Dutch payroll and liaison with providers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
