Job summary

TransUnion UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources to lead and coordinate HR activity across the UK and Europe, delivering consistent people strategies and partnering with business leaders.

You will oversee annual HR cycles, including performance, compensation, promotions, and talent processes, and manage immigration and regulatory matters while working with Centres of Excellence to support global programmes. This is a hybrid role requiring in-person work two days a week.

Qualifications

• Significant HR generalist experience in an international environment.
• Experience coordinating HR activity across multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, regulatory requirements and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate HR activities across the UK and Europe.
• Oversee annual HR cycles including performance, compensation, promotions, talent and succession planning.
• Partner with business leaders on organisational design and workforce planning.
• Manage complex employee relations and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate immigration, right-to-work compliance, IR35 and contingent-worker governance.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and shared-service teams to roll out enterprise programmes.
