Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Sr Manager, Human Resources to lead and coordinate HR activities across the UK and Europe. The role partners with HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Employee Experience to implement regional plans while aligning with global HR priorities.

You will oversee annual HR cycles, drive organisational design and workforce planning, and govern people-related risks and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR generalist experience in an international setting.
• Proven ability to coordinate activity across multiple countries and stakeholder groups.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR activities across the UK and Europe, delivering priorities.
• Coordinate HRBP, Employee Relations, Benefits and Employee Experience across regions.
• Oversee annual HR cycles including performance, compensation, promotions, talent and succession planning.
• Partner with business leaders on organisational design and workforce planning.
• Maintain governance on employment law, regulatory updates, audits and people-risk matters.
