Job summary

Team17 is seeking a Community Manager to build, grow, and engage gaming communities across the UK and Europe for our WARDOGS title. You will plan and deliver community activity, campaigns, and audience insights to support game success.

Key duties include developing community strategies, coordinating campaigns with internal and external teams, managing social channels, and hosting livestreams. A passion for gaming and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

Understanding of Team17 games and their audiences.
Passion for video games and awareness of the current games industry.
Experience as a Community Manager with creative campaign strategies.
Experience livestreaming and presenting to audiences.
Ability to track and report community sentiment for campaign insights.
Experience creating engaging social media content.
Experience building and managing communities on Discord.
Ability to convey information clearly across diverse social channels.
Knowledge by creating content across TikTok, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube with trend adaptation.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage community strategy for key Team17 products.
Gather and present community feedback to production teams and partners.
Coordinate community-led projects with internal and external teams to meet deadlines.
Liaise with partners to maintain strong relationships and plan content calendars.
Manage day-to-day social media and forum activity as the brand representative for players.
Organise and host livestreams aligned with campaign plans.
Act as an ambassador to Team17 titles across communities and platforms.
Oversee multiple communities across a range of titles and genres.
