Job summary

Uniper in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Structuring Manager to drive profitable growth by structuring opportunities for customers in the UK. You will own the day-to-day relationship with our UK B2B partner and provide commercial guidance for the UK strategy.

You will lead deal opportunities, structure offers (product, pricing, terms, and conditions), and collaborate with internal teams on pricing methodologies and best practice for international markets.

• Deep knowledge of the UK energy market, including B2B and PPA markets.
• Strong network with UK businesses and the public sector.

Responsibilities

• UK Partnership: Own and develop the day-to-day partnership with our B2B partners, leading and developing all deal opportunities.
• Structuring: Structure offers (product, pricing, terms and conditions) for our customers in the UK, that are both attractive for our customers and value creative for Uniper.
• Bid Teams & Leadership: Lead internal conversations to leverage the competitive advantages of an international energy company, including Portfolio Management, UK Upstream, Product Development, Credit & Legal.
• Pricing Methodologies: Collaborate with the (Pricing) Method and Modelling Lead to ensure risk strategy is aligned with Uniper’s strategy and are well documented.
• Input to international best practice: Work with other members of the Pricing & Structuring Teams to ensure that best practice is shared across the business, for the benefit of all international markets.
• Product Development & Value Optimisation: Work with other BWS teams to ensure continuous development of Uniper’s product suite and optimisation of contracts post signature.
• Commercial Strategy: Be a lead consultant to commercial strategy projects, playing a pivotal role in designing the downstream UK strategy.
