Job summary

RB Global Inc. in the UK is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead new business growth for Rouse Fleet Manager. You will develop relationships with construction equipment OEMs, dealers, traders and finance companies while driving market expansion across the UK.

The role requires a minimum of five years in construction equipment sales and the ability to engage senior stakeholders. Remote UK work with regular travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years relevant experience in construction equipment sales.
• Understanding of equipment valuation, financing, and remarketing.
• Ability to engage senior commercial, asset management and finance stakeholders.
• Proven track record in new business development and account management.
• Knowledge of the UK construction equipment market and channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop the UK market across OEMs, dealers, traders and finance companies.
• Identify and create new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, events and industry relationships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Deliver consultative discovery of prospects’ equipment sales models and objectives.
• Present and demonstrate Fleet Manager, Equipment Insights and Webshops to stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting in Salesforce; track activity, stages and forecasts.
• Aim to meet or exceed activity, pipeline, new customers and ARR targets.
• Represent RB Global and Rouse at market events across the UK.
