We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and strategically focused Commercial Leader to join our UK leadership team. This high-impact role is primarily focused on driving B2B sales performance, building and converting pipelines, and leading the commercial function to deliver sustained business growth. It requires a strong manufacturing background and a proven track record in commercial and sales leadership within a B2B environment.
This role will oversee a commercial team of approximately 15, covering Key Account Management (KAM), New Product Development (NPD), and Internal Sales. The successful candidate will align commercial strategy with operational capability, ensuring that growth is both profitable and sustainable.
