Job summary

Ecruit is seeking a Site Agent - Civils to lead site activities on high-value civil projects in the UK. You will manage one site or a section, ensuring safety, quality, programme delivery and effective coordination with subcontractors.

The role requires travel across the UK, a strong civil engineering background and a proactive, collaborative approach to drive project success and compliance with SHEQ policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar site agent role.
• Willing to travel throughout the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage one site or a section of a larger site, covering safety, health, environmental, quality, programme, resources, commercial and contractual aspects.
• Travel throughout the UK as required.
• Plan, monitor and report on the project programme; chair subcontractor progress meetings and circulate minutes.
• Maintain accurate daily site records (labour, materials, plant) and communicate with the supply chain.
